OIPS is proud to announce the birth of Sophia Carolyn Sobai! Born May 22, 2008 to Abbes and Kathleen. Kathleen is the Program Assistant in our office and Abbes is a UAH 2006 alumni who is currently in Morocco, but hopes to be united soon with baby and Mommy.

Sophia weighed in at 8lbs 7 oz. and 19 ¾ “ tall. Both Mommy and baby are doing fine!

Congratulations! Welcome, Sophia!
