July 1, 2008: The OIPS staff will greet you when you and your fellow students arrive at the Huntsville International Airport on Sunday, July 6th. When you disembark from the airplane, follow the signs to “Baggage Claim,” and we will see you before you see us! We will be wearing blue UAH shirts.

July 1, 2008: Hello, again! By now, you all should have received a welcome email from Sarah Hemmings or oip@uah.edu that contained a pdf welcome letter as an attachment. Don't forget to email us back at oip@uah.edu and tell us 1) if there are any foods you can't eat, 2) if you have any medical conditions we need to know about, and 3) tell us about yourself in 4-5 sentences. This will help us prepare for your arrival. If you have done so already, thank you! --Sarah

June 3, 2008: Hello students! We are eagerly awaiting your arrival in Huntsville! We invite you to bring a few (two or three) cultural artifacts with you to display at the end-of-program cultural fair in Washington D.C. in August. These artifacts from your home country could be clothing or small objects that showcase your culture (but are not too bulky or heavy to transport easily in your luggage)!
