Welcome to the UAHuntsville Office of International Programs and Services (OIPS)! The office serves as ombudsman for international students on campus and offers Meet and Greet programs, orientation for international students, cross-cultural development workshops, and International Education Week festivities. The OIPS also works with the U.S. Department of State and other agencies to bring international students and groups to the UAH campus for academic studies, professional development, or cultural exchange.
Did you know?
- Approximately 600 international students attend UAH; nearly half of them are undergraduates.
- Representing 78 countries, international students at UAH enrich global understanding and promote cross-cultural exchanges on campus and in the community.
- UAH students can study or work abroad and earn UAH course credit.
- Campus international student organizations have open membership and are eligible for university funds to support various cultural activities.
